At the same time, due to the accelerated promotion of industrial structure adjustment and rural electrification in the central and western regions, the growth rate of tertiary industry and domestic power consumption of urban and rural residents in the central and western regions exceeded 10% in the first half of the year, becoming an important driving force for the leading growth of power consumption.
